Ruth and Patrick Bourachot would like to welcome you to our Café Chartreuse.
We bring with us a combined experience of over 50 years in the hospitality industry: we have travelled across Canada, lived and worked in many provinces. Patrick, the Executive Chef, was born and raised in France (from the Sarthe region) and did all his schooling and apprenticing there as well. Ruth is a Canadian, born in Maple, Ontario just North of Toronto.
After learning all about Canada and what it has to offer, we have decided to bring a European Café to the beautiful resort town of Collingwood, on the shores of Georgian Bay and minutes away from the slopes of Blue Mountain. Here is where we put forth everything we like and enjoy, and would like to invite all of you to come in and enjoy it with us.
